Paisley is the reigning CMA entertainer of the year. Paisley and Underwood won 19 CMA award them.
As noted in a statement announcing their new Paisley return, they made a comic chemistry over the years with balancing the class Underwood "my non-Class Act. I'll try my best not to spoil everything."
The CMA Awards are the most watched country gala. More than 16 million viewers last year.
